For her 60th birthday, BCAM vice-president Susan Hertzberg decided to give a gift rather than receive one. She organized a birthday celebration featuring entertainment, music, dancing, refreshments, door prizes, and a silent auction (all of which were donated) and, in the process, raised more than $5000 for Breast Cancer Action Montreal. The money raised will help fund BCAM's projects and our commitment to increase public awareness about the environmental and occupational factors that can influence the development of cancer.
